Church Workday – Saturday, August 23 at 8:00 a.m.

We need your help getting our classrooms ready for the new fall classes! Join us for a church workday as we tackle several projects to prepare the rooms where our Elementary kids and Adult Gospel Project classes will meet.

Here is the current list of projects we plan to work on that day:

New Elementary Classroom

• paint trim, doors, and cabinets
• build shelving and doors for lower cabinets
• update cabinet hardware
• clean, paint, and reinstall vent covers
• replace corkboard
• paint and install chalkboard
• install white board
• upgrade light switches and outlets
• upgrade lighting
• replace damaged ceiling tiles

New Classroom (Sanctuary 2nd Level Conference)

• Remove and replace old signage
• Remove excess furniture
• Move the conference table and pew to a different location
• Dust and vacuum
• Reset chairs in room

New Conference Room (Old Media Library)

• Remove and replace old signage
• Remove A/V equipment
• Arrange shelving
• Dust and vacuum
• Install the conference table
• Remove curtains
