Technology is wonderful.  To think that you can come to this website and find out virtually anything you want to know about us is amazing.  You will find that we love the Lord Jesus, believe in God's Word as truth and we love people.  We exist to build relationships in Christ Jesus.  It would be a great joy for us to meet you and get to know you better.  I can assure you that there is something common in our walk of life.  Our greatest joy is to tell you how our walk led us to faith in Jesus Christ.  It did not solve all our problems, but it brought us into a family of faith who helps us with our problems and shares the joys, hurts and heartaches with us.

Come to Northside this Sunday.  You will experience wonderful worship and meet a church family who is warm, enthusiastic, and friendly.  Our goal is to be a church that helps people experience the love of God given to us through His Son Jesus.   Our prayer is that your encounter with Him will be one that will change your life as He changed ours.  Blessings on the journey.

iServe is our opportunity to serve the visitors and members of Northside Baptist.  Whether through the Greeters Ministry, Teaching Ministry, or any number of other avenues of service- everyone is a minister and can serve somewhere!  So, click HERE to send an e-mail to pastor David to volunteer to serve in the Body of Christ!

Back To School Bash

August 14, 2010

Our 4^th Annual Back to School Bash will be held from 9 am – 12 pm on Saturday, August 14.  We will be giving away over 100 backpacks stuffed with school supplies to Elementary age students.  Plus, there will be door prizes for older students as well as for parents.  This event is 100% free and open to the community.  Kids of all ages are welcome. 

There will also be games, a bounce house, a 3 story inflatable slide, popcorn and slushee’s.  We are working on lining up organizations to be a part of this.  In the past those have included the York County Bookmobile, Parent Smart, Safe Kids, Elk’s Club, Agape Hospice, Teen Health Center of York County, the Palmetto Pregnancy center, EMS, Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, and others!  Check back regularly to get updates!
